For night vision, the day-night version features a filter mechanism designed for deployment with active infrared illuminators. The camera provides capabilities for stop-motion image capture.

13VM308ASIRII and 13VG308ASIRII

Tamron USA’s two 1/3-inch format 3- to 8- millimeter F/1.0 varifocal lens models are fast and IR-corrected while supporting 650-TV-line resolution performance (models 13VM308ASIRII -- manual iris; 13VG308ASIRII -- DC auto iris). The IR-corrected varifocal lenses use an optical design that Tamron engineers have developed by pursuing minimization of chromatic aberration in order to realize clear images without color smear.
