The devices offer fixed SC optics and
are available in multimode and single-mode models.
The products allow 10/100TX Ethernet data
to be transmitted optically over two multimode or single-mode optical fibers and are ideally suited for applications
in benign environments where temperature extremes are rarely
encountered. The converters are rated for operation from 0 to 50
degrees Celsius.

All models are digital fiber-optic video transmitters and receivers with bidirectional data that incorporate a self-healing feature. In the event of a broken fiber connection, the video and data transmission is re-routed when the system is configured in a ring topology.
